Elite Mold Services offers Central Florida water testing for the quality of drinking water and well water. Houses in the Central Florida area with well water should be tested for bacteria & chemical contamination on a regular basis. The possibility of contamination has increased in recent years by the heavy use of fertilizers, pesticides, landfill contamination & industrial plants.

If you are buying a home with a well, we highly recommend having a sample taken of the water.

All water samples are sent to a State of Florida approved water testing laboratory for analysis. The results will be made available in a few days depending on the type of tests being perform.

Elite Mold Services treats your home or building like it was our own. We also encourage questions to be asked and are here to make you feel comfortable while providing a specialized service that will exceed all of your expectations.

Why test for this, and why now.

No municipal oversight

Private wells aren’t regulated by your county
or the EPA — testing is the only way to know
what’s coming out of the tap.

Florida geology

Karst aquifers, sinkholes, and high water tables move surface contaminants underground faster here than almost anywhere else in the U.S.

Storm vulnerability

Hurricanes, floods, and septic backups can contaminate a well overnight — annual testing catches changes early.

Real-estate triggers

FHA, VA, USDA, and most conventional lenders require a fresh test before closing on a property with a private well.

Questions homeowners ask before booking.

Don’t see yours? Call 407-753-6341 — a real person picks up.

How often should I test my private well?

We recommend testing your private well water at least once a year for basic indicators like coliform bacteria, E. coli, nitrates, and pH levels. Well water quality can change gradually over time, making routine testing essential for your family’s health and safety.

How long does the visit take?

Once scheduled with a member of our Elite team, we will arrive at your property and collect the sample. Typically, the required on site time is 15-20 min.

When will I get the results?

After collecting, we will carefully rush the sample over to an approved water testing laboratory to begin the analysis process. Typically, you can expect to receive your results within 48 hours of sample collection.

Do you handle FHA, VA, or USDA loan paperwork?

We do not. We only handle the water testing needs and reporting for these types of loans.

What if my water test fails?

We walk you through it. We don’t sell remediation or treatment systems, so our recommendation is honest — usually a shock chlorination, retest, and a referral to an independent water-treatment specialist if needed.
