Central Florida Water Testing

Elite Mold Services offers Central Florida water testing for the quality of drinking water and well water. Houses in the Central Florida area with well water should be tested for bacteria & chemical contamination on a regular basis. The possibility of contamination has increased in recent years by the heavy use of fertilizers, pesticides, landfill contamination & industrial plants.

If you are buying a home with a well, we recommend to have a sample taken of the water. Some of the FHA loans will require a standard water sample to be analyzed for contaminates. Elite Mold Services is aware of the testing needs for FHA & will be happy to assist you in the water sampling process.

All water samples are sent to a State of Florida approved water testing laboratory for analysis. The results will be made available in a few days depending on the type of tests being perform.
